State Registered Nurse

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate State Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a State Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all state regulations and standards for nursing practice
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical care as needed
- Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and needs
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Valid State Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
