Senior Business Applications Consultant

Our client, a local IT services company that specializes in software solutions is seeking a Senior Business Applications Consultant to join their ranks. As a valuable member of a versatile and dynamic team, your duties will involve:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct workshops to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define client needs.
• Configuration and Customization: Tailor Business Central applications to meet specific client requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create functional specifications and system design documentation.
• Work with development teams to design and implement custom extensions and integrations.
• Train end-users and technical teams on Business Central functionalities and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct system testing and validation to verify solution quality and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
• Offer strategic guidance to help clients optimize their use of Business Central.

• 5 years of experience in a comparable role involving D365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, or any other ERP.
• Proficient in systems implementation, covering requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Attentive to detail with a proactive willingness to learn.

• First degree in Computing and/or Business
