Associate Business Analyst

Our highly reputable client is on the lookout for an Associate Business Analyst to join their growing team. Focusing on ERP business applications your main responsibilities include:  

Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge of various departments processes and software functionality.
• Support in the analysis and deployment of software applications
• Complete application software users documentation and coordinate user application testing
• Participate and support senior colleagues in business analysis, requirements definitions and solution deployments.
• Update project status reports
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support to end users for assign depts.
• Deliver software training to end users. 
• Support software quality and security audit process

• 1 years of ICT professional experience
• Some knowledge/exposure of ERP
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Process Mapping Techniques and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of Enterprise application concepts and Business Intelligence solutions

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Business & IT
