Key Responsibilities

Sales : Proactively engage with customers to deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects the Levi’s brand. Use your expertise in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire your team to achieve store targets.

Team Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks effectively, and create a motivating environment that fosters teamwork and accountability.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, maintain visual standards, and ensure a well-organized, appealing store layout.

Key Requirements

Proven Sales Skills: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment, ideally with a background in fashion or apparel with 3+ years experience.

Team Management: Experience in supervising and developing a sales team, with a track record of fostering a high-performing work environment with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with customers, as well as to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Goal-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to reaching store and team targets.
