Our client is looking to employ a Software Sales Account Manager in Malta within a local IT services company offering software solutions. Working closely with a versatile and dynamic team, you will:
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure customer needs are met
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Skill-sets and Requirements
3 years of experience in a similar role and experience of the local market
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
Education & Experience
A business/technical IT Bachelor Degree or equivalent
