We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Affiliates Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and generate opportunities with new partners and affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential affiliates
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and partners
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development and affiliate activities
- Synchronize tasks with the marketing and affiliate team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Experience in igaming
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend events
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and fluency in Spanish is recommended.

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, and bonuses for objectives will be included.
