Showroom Supervisor

Job Description
Poltronesofa in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Showroom Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• The daily running of the showroom
• The daily admin and aftersales functions
• Ensuring that monthly sales targets are met and motivating the team to exceed such targets
• Ensuring that the showroom is consistently kept to the standards required by the franchise and that all policies are always adhered to
• Training new staff
• Assisting clients at the showroom will also be part of the chosen candidate’s daily responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Has experience in a similar role
• Is fluent in English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary – knowledge of Italian would help
• Can multi-task and work well under pressure
• Is confident, proactive , and driven, with a strong customer ethic
• Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations.
