Shop Manager

MacMed Group is seeking to recruit a Shop Manager for its Trade Operation in the Building Materials Sales Depot located in Burmarrad. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day commercial operation of the shop
• Inventory management and control
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Assisting customers and providing correct advise and product knowledge 
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately inform customers regarding various product features and advantages
• Operating Sales and Invoicing system including Cash Control  
• Other related duties as assigned 
• Adhere to company polices and guidelines

Requirements:

• Possess good communication skills and be fluent in Maltese and English
• Be able to drive a Fork Lifter
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
• Be self-motivated, smart, efficient and organised
