Shop Assistant / Cashier

We are looking for a young and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and operating the cash register.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be friendly and approachable. Must be able to speak and write in English. Preference will be give to applicants who also have knowledge of the Maltese language.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Stock shelves and maintain store displays
• Answer customer inquiries and provide advice
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure all products are properly labelled and priced

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Maltese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Smart and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willing to learn new tasks, honest and hard-working

*No previous experience is necessary since in-house training will be provided.
