We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our company, working hand in hand with the Head of Sales & Marketing. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Taking orders from various platforms.
- Assisting customers with their queries & guiding them accordingly.
- Providing a high level of customer service standards.
- Inputting sales orders & monitoring the entire process.
- Seek customer feedback.
- Enhance customer loyalty programme
- Any other relevant duties that may be allocated to you.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphical design, or a related field (preferred)
