A vacancy has arisen for a Full Time Sales Representative. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be performing the following main duties amongst others: 

• Servicing customers by selling products and meeting customer needs;

• Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;

• Tracking customer contacts and maintaining customer data;

• Focusing on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers;

• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships;

• Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling;

• Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

• Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;

• Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments;

• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending in-house training;

• Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends;

• Continuously improving through feedback.

Interested candidates must possess the following skills and requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative;

• Knowledge of MS Office;

• Ability to build productive business professional relationships;

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
