Our client is a leading group in the hospitality industry, They would like to employ a Director of Sales to join their team
The Role
- Lead the Sales team to increase revenue with strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Mentor and inspire the Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to expand the sales network
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns
- Optimize revenue through pricing strategies, sales performance monitoring, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with brand and company policies and standards in all sales activities
- Conduct regular market research to inform decision-making
- Have experience in a similar position
- Possess an extensive knowledge of relevant local and international markets
- Be able to create strategies
- Be analytical and a number cruncher
- Have excellent leadership skills
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of MICE, Corporate, or Leisure market segments
- Preferably have a degree in Tourism
