Our client is a leading group in the hospitality industry, They would like to employ a Director of Sales to join their team

The Role

  • Lead the Sales team to increase revenue with strategic sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
  • Mentor and inspire the Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to expand the sales network
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns
  • Optimize revenue through pricing strategies, sales performance monitoring, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company policies and standards in all sales activities
  • Conduct regular market research to inform decision-making

Requirements
  • Have experience in a similar position
  • Possess an extensive knowledge of relevant local and international markets
  • Be able to create strategies
  • Be analytical and a number cruncher
  • Have excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of MICE, Corporate, or Leisure market segments
Education and Experience
  • Preferably have a degree in Tourism
