Creations the Ulimate in Bathroom Elegance in Malts is currently looking to recruit a Sales Person to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting bathroom products that best suit their needs, preferences, and budgets. You will be expected to maintain in-depth product knowledge, create an engaging shopping experience, and support customers throughout the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on bathroom products, including fixtures, fittings, tiles, and accessories
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customers, ensuring all product specifications and pricing details are correctly documented
  • Assist with maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and up-to-date
  • Process customer orders, coordinate delivery or pickup arrangements, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve store goals.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the bathroom, home improvement, or retail industry. Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details to customers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
