We are looking for a sales professional with a passion for the Hospitality/F&B and Entertainment industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate must be an energetic and ambitious sales manager with experience in the Hospitality and ideally entertainment industry. Team player Proficient in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adapting to analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities to drive continuous growth.

Duties: -

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Together with the Directors, the Group Head of Commercial and Management analyses sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations management teams to optimize promotional activities and enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Cultivated and managed a portfolio of clients, including corporate sponsors, event organizers, and individual customers.
  • Generated leads and converted prospects into paying customers through effective sales techniques and presentations.
  • Provided exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and event execution.
  • Collaborated with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  • Achieved and exceeded sales targets consistently, earning recognition for outstanding performance.
