Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Deckor, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve company targets. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their home finishing requirements.

Sales Presentations:

  •  Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Deckor's offerings
  • Highlight the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve Deckor’s sales strategies and product offerings.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after the sale
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the home finishing or related industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
