Alan Motors Ltd is a leading company in second-hand vehicle sales, Tied Insurance Intermediaries and Cab & Rental Services Operators.
We are seeking to employ a Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the showroom and supervise the condition of the showroom and vehicles
Establish and maintain an excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients
Help customers in choosing their vehicle according to their needs
Preparing documentation and administrative work related to vehicle sales
Together with the Garage team, check and prepare vehicles sold
Handle complaints related to the Sales department
Answering prospective clients' questions via social media and WhatsApp
Updated vehicle listings on social media and website.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
Knowledge of the automotive industry
Speak and write fluently in Maltese and English
IT proficiency especially in Outlook and Excel
Clean driving licence
Organised and self-motivated
Negotiating skills.
*Experience in sales is considered an asset, especially in the automotive industry.
