Business Operations Executive

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive on a full-time basis to join our subcontracting agency, specializing in the supply of human resources to client companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our agency. They will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, optimizing operational processes, and driving efficiency to achieve business goals.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with upper management to implement strategic operational goals.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of human resources to client companies.
  • Liaising with suppliers, and clients and coordinating with team when implementing strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Being actively involved in the firm’s business development strategy and performance.
  • Seeking ways to improve the way the business operates.
  • Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the main point of contact for operational matters.
  • Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their human resources needs.
  • Handling quotations for clients, cost savings, resource allocation and planning.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work very well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Client Follow-up: Maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is addressed promptly.
  • Employee Coordination: Oversee employee schedules, assignments, and tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and a motivated team.
  • Communication: Act as a bridge between various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, report generation, and documentation management.
  • Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and work proactively to find solutions that optimize processes.

Education and requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the staffing or subcontracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

The right candidate will have:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.
