Responsibilities:

• Supports the expansion of the company’s client portfolio while representing the firm’s expertise and value to prospective clients.
• Develops and presents customised proposals and presentations that address each client’s specific needs.
• Manages the sales cycle through to completion, securing client agreement and commitment.
• Collaborates with internal specialists to ensure services are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Contributes to overall business growth while benefiting from opportunities to increase personal earning potential.

Salary structure: 60% gross annual + 40% commission

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of local experience in sales or account management, preferably in professional services or consultancy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Professional proficiency in English
