Sales & Customer Executive

Our client is looking to onboard a Sales & Customer Executive who will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients for life insurance products
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert opportunities into sales
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure the correct completion of all new business documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal systems
• Provide ongoing support to clients with policy updates, renewals, and servicing needs
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver continuous support to enhance client retention and encourage repeat business
• Respond promptly to client queries via in-person meetings, phone, and email
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain and strengthen relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive referrals and long-term loyalty

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a sales-driven career - experience in insurance or financial services is an asset
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in both English & Maltese, written & verbal
