Are you passionate about the marine industry and have a strong sales background? We're looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Broker to join our growing team. You will be exposed to a wide range of prestigious and world-renowned brands in the marine sector. As a Sales Broker, you’ll work directly with some of the best in the industry, including top-tier boat builders, clients, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale of boats, RHIBs, and engines
  • Coordinate and conduct sea trials as part of the boat sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for the client
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, yacht builders, and industry professionals
  • Assist clients in the selection, purchase, and delivery process of boats and related products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine pricing, trends, and opportunities in the sailing and motor yacht industry
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire buying and selling process
  • Act as a liaison between clients, management, and brands
  • Direct communication with various brands, including business development and market research to uncover new opportunitie
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a yacht broker or in a similar sales role within the yachting industry
  • Strong knowledge of the boating industry, including boats, RHIBs, and engines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, yacht builders, and industry professionals
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, eager to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel when needed
  • Experience with boating or sailing yachts is a plus
  • Nautical license.
