Job Responsibilities and Duties
Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient scheduling with potential clients;
Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and internal departments to streamline communication and workflow;
Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and essential documents;
Follow up promptly on leads and customer inquiries to support the sales process and drive conversions;
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving concerns, and enhancing the client experience;
Assist in the creation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports;
Handle administrative responsibilities to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team;
Offer logistical and operational support to facilitate successful client meetings and sales engagements.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles;
Proficient in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
Technologically proficient with experience using various business and sales tools.

Proven ability to provide comprehensive assistance to sales teams, ensuring smooth operations;
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities to manage tasks efficiently;
Experience in handling multiple responsibilities, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines;
