Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for demonstrating the superior cleaning power of Kirby systems to prospective clients, and the provision of cleaning job quotations, and working to convert leads into loyal customers. You will also work closely with the office team and cleaning staff to coordinate service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective clients to present and demonstrate the advanced features of Kirby Cleaning Systems
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes for cleaning services required
• Offer detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Effectively upsell additional company services and Kirby accessories and maintenance packages to maximise sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service bookings in line with client requirements
• Plan and schedule sales visits efficiently to build a strong sales pipeline
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Assist customers with post-service queries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
