What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers in finding the perfect Levi's products, offering personalized styling advice and guidance
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product features to provide customers with up-to-date information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment
• Maintain top-notch visual standards for the iconic Levi's brand
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store cleanliness.

What We Need:

• 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
• Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
• A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in fashion
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to participate in training programs and strive for continuous improvement.
