Sales and Letting Agents - Full Time/Part-Time

Our client a leader in the Real Estate industry is looking for Sales and Rental Property Agents on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis to join their growing team

Responsibilities:

• Source and list properties for sale or rent.
• Create and manage property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media.
• Organize and manage property viewings for interested parties.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Assist clients in understanding the terms of contracts and the legal aspects of transactions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed of the status of their property transactions.
• Negotiate sale or rental prices and terms on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present offers to property owners, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Oversee the drafting and finalization of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with legal professionals, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction 
• Stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and new developments in the real estate market.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties.
• Provide clients with market insights and advice to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle any post-sale or post-rental issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Whilst proven experience as a real estate agent is an asset, training will be provided to candidates without experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Well presented and confident
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to communicate and write in English
• Valid Driving Licence and must own a car
• Local work experience is ideal
