Job Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of tailored proposals;
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions;
Build and nurture strong client relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with company services;
Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales team to identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships;
Support the preparation of tender bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation;
Maintain and update sales and customer relationship management records systematically;
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine sales strategies;
Perform research on potential markets, target clients, and industry developments to drive business growth;
Report regularly to the management team on business development progress and initiatives;
Analyze customer satisfaction feedback and recommend enhancements to improve service quality;
Organize and maintain accurate records of all sales-related documentation;
Coordinate client and partner meetings, preparing all necessary materials in advance;
Follow up on client interactions to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Experience
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline;
Preferably over 2 years of experience in a comparable role focused on sales or business development;
Competence in creating professional proposals and delivering engaging client presentations.
Personal Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities and effectively prioritizing tasks.
