Sales and Admissions Officer

STC Higher Education in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales and Admissions Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
This is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated to work within the education sector. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage schools programme cycles
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current students' needs and generating new enquiries
• Attend both local and international educational fairs abroad
• Assist in developing and implementing STC's brand strategy
• Prepare activity reports and metrics for programme success
• Receive and filter student applications
• Assess applications and evaluate qualifications according to eligibility criteria for each programme
• Organise and file admissions documentation
• Consult with prospective students when requested
• Process student registrations and payment
• Communicate with applicants about their application status
• Respond to information requests and deliver info sessions as required
• Refer accepted students to scholarship and bursary information as applicable
• Support students with the visa process as required.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Customer-oriented, with 1 – 3 years of sales experience
• A good team player who is proactive and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organisation skills, with great attention to detail
• Fluent in oral and written English and Maltese
• Proficient with sales management software and CRM
• Post-secondary education in Business or any other related field
• Experience in the education industry would be desirable.
