Job Role:
We are seeking to engage a Sales and Account Management Executive to strengthen our commercial team and drive new business opportunities.
The Position:
Based in Malta and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for devising and executing a sales strategy for a designated group of existing clients, as well as actively prospecting for new customers within specific industries.
The Sales and Account Management Executive will be expected to familiarize themselves with PTL’s product portfolio, research industry verticals and solutions, and ensure that PTL’s offerings not only meet but surpass customer expectations.
The primary focus for this role will be engaging with commercial clients and identifying the most suitable technological hardware and software solutions to address their unique business requirements.

The Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either the IT industry or in a sales-oriented role
The position calls for a motivated professional who excels at building and managing relationships, as well as achieving sales targets
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and a proven track record of successful conversions will be given preference
Excellent communication skills, fluency in both Maltese and English and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial to the role
As our industry requires on-site meetings with customers, it is essential that the candidate is currently residing in Malta, has experience interacting with Maltese companies and is willing to travel
Additionally, clean police conduct and a valid driving license are also necessary for this position.
