OFICI in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Account Executive (Office Furniture, Printing Solutions & Office Supplies) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Employment Brief:
This role provides a relative contribution towards the company growth since the designated person will be a direct link on the market and with our clients. He/she will report directly to the Management to embark with sales strategies in order to attract and retain clients while develop relations that will lead to sales increment. Mainly the employment will include, retention and development of existing clients while starting new business relations. The core working hours will be based on 70% of the time out meeting clients and 30% of the time will be allowed for the back office work.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Be able to use our invoicing system.
  • Communicate via email with clients. Emails will only be used as a secondary communication source to follow up phone calls and meetings.
  • Look professional. You are representing the entire company. Clients meeting you should be able to pick you out as a Professional company representative and feel comfortable that you are capable to assist them with their needs and requests. Support with answers to questions, keep informed clients about the company's services offer. We aim for 100% client satisfaction.
  • Have a firm grasp of the products and services the Company offers. If you do not know the products well you will not be able to assist our clients.
  • Assist in market research on client trends and seasonal purchase trends. Propose, seek approval, implement and report on sales promotions on a regular basis as agreed with the management. Contribute to evaluations of company products and services in order to improve both.
  • Follow up and participate in company product and services promotion so to follow new leads to increase sales. 
  • Keep abreast and updated with local trends and socio-political issues that may present a sales pitch to the company’s services and products. Maintain a creative attitude for company promotion/Sales.
  • Follow up on strategies and participate in their inception and implementation so as sales are incremented.

Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail, ability to process quickly and efficiently, clerical skills, computer and data entry skills, good communication with all staff in all departments, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Important to be proactive.
  • Be in possession of ECDL qualification or equal level computer skills
  • Spoken, Written & Understanding Languages:
    • English: Very good.
