Our client is looking to recruit a Pharmacy Sales Assistant on a Part Time basis to join their growing team.
Assisting customers with their purchases in a professional and courteous manner
Providing basic guidance on pharmacy products (training will be provided)
Handling cash and card transactions accurately
Restocking shelves and ensuring products are well displayed
Performing administrative duties, including inputting supplier invoices, reconciling delivery dockets, checking and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
Ensuring the pharmacy remains clean, organised, and compliant with company standards
Assisting with stock control and monitoring inventory levels as required
Working Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 12:30
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 - 12:30
Requirements
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
A willingness to learn and take initiative
Education and Experience
Good level of English and Maltese language is a must
Previous retail experience is considered an advantage but not required
Pharmacy Tech warrant will be accepted too
