Outdoor Sales Representative

C&H Bartoli Ltd is looking to recruit an Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Sales Manager and Company Directors, the Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales activities, starting from lead generation to closing the deal, implementing the marketing plan and working with the team to achieve business goals related to customer base expansion, revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client

satisfaction

• Presenting and selling company products to current and potential customers

• Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets

• Identifying sales prospects and following up on new leads

• Developing and maintaining sales materials and product knowledge

• Building trust, communicating effectively, driving execution, fostering innovation, collaborating with others and demonstrating integrity

• Communicating new products and service opportunities

• Preparing presentations, proposals, status reports and sales contracts

• Maintaining records of sales and activities in assigned territory

• Identifying and resolving client concerns

• Participating in marketing events

• Providing on-the-job training to new sales employees

The Successful candidate will:

• Have an outgoing personality and be capable of working within a team as well as under

their own initiative

• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values

• Have basic knowledge of computer applications

• Have proven experience working in similar roles
