A leading advisory and tax firm in Malta is searching for an Administration and Client Relations Executive to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for administrative functions and managing client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our training academies
  • Assist in the management of schedules, records, and communications
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist clients in understanding services, processes, and policies
  • Assist clients with their recruitment and selection processes
  • Assist clients with onboarding and people development

This role is also available on reduced hours (minimum 30 hours per week). 

Requirements
  • Candidates mush be in Malta already, with the legal right of working in Malta
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the organisation
  • Be people-oriented and have an aptitude to assist both clients and the team
  • Capable to work on own initiative and flexible hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with Maltese being considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education and Experience
  • A University degree in psychology or equivalent is considered
  • Previous experience in people management roles considered as an asset
  • Previous experience in administrative and/ or client relations roles considered as an asset
