SV Beauty Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Merchandiser to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The selected candidate shall report directly to the Brand Executive and will be responsible for the merchandise of various branded products within various retail outlets across Malta and Gozo.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and ensuring maintenance of products in assigned shelf space, ensuring that the Employer’s products are clean from dust and packaging is not damaged
- Check product expiry dates
- Replenishing stock and maintaining proper exposure of Employer’s products
- Following display planograms for various brands as shall be directed
- Liaise with Brand Executive vis-à-vis product shortages
- Develop sustainable customer relationships with key retail stakeholders
- Attend merchandisers’ meetings as shall be required
- Ability to lift some heavy items
- Attending regular product knowledge training sessions.
Requirements:
- Be of smart appearance and possesses an outgoing personality
- Possesses a good educational background
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and capable of resolving minor problems
- The ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- In possession of a valid driving license and have own transport
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
*Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, however, training and product information shall be provided by the company.
