Customer Service Agent (Full Training Provided)

APRC Corporation Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The need is due to the company's recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility, and a can-do attitude. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Generating a new customer base for our clients face-to-face 
• Working with an enthusiastic team
• Working towards client targets
• Customer Service - face-to-face 
• Sales Acquisition - face-to-face
• Meeting and exceeding client targets with assigned territories.

Educational and skill requirements:

• Positive and Proactive Attitude
• Professional Manner
• High customer service standards
• Posses an EU Passport/ EU Citizen
• 18 years or older
• Previous experience in customer service is not required.
