Sales Support Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This role will support the sales department by ensuring smooth sales operations, managing inventory, and delivering excellent administrative and customer support across various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer end-user support to sales personnel, deliveries team, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor RT queues and internal tools to ensure tickets and requests are addressed within SLAs.
• Provide first-call resolution for customer grievances to enhance service efficiency.
• Provide detailed billing/technical support and escalate issues to internal departments as needed.
• Process administrative and customer request forms, including account changes, resource transfers, and other relevant documentation.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliations at retail and reseller outlets and address any variances or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Handle payment rejects, transfers, and reversals to resolve cashier session variances.
• Oversee payments and reconciliations at retail and reseller outlets, ensuring bank deposits align with internal processes.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods and merchandise for retail/reseller outlets.
• Organize uniform fitments with suppliers and manage uniform orders for employees.
• Liaise with IT to resolve hardware/software issues impacting operations.
