Sales Executive

What's expected of you?

• Process customer and sales representative orders efficiently and accurately using the company's ERP software
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and solution-focused attitude, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
• Update and maintain accurate records in the customer database, including sales records, invoices, and payments, to ensure data consistency
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests, creating a professional and friendly environment
• Identify and pursue potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Schedule and conduct meetings, tours, and presentations to showcase and promote services to prospective and existing customers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively with customers
• Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with customers and business partners

What are you expected to bring?

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the events industry
• Strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
• Proven sales expertise with strong negotiation abilities and a talent for effectively pitching and closing deals
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable and loyal individual with a strong sense of integrity
