Role Overview
Heroix is supporting our Client in the search for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Experience Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys engaging with customers, identifying their requirements, and delivering an exceptional retail experience while contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome every customer with a professional and friendly approach, creating a positive first impression and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
Sales Consultation: Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct informative product presentations and guided demonstrations, helping customers understand product features and benefits.
Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers by providing personalised service and encouraging repeat business.
After-Sales Support: Assist customers following their purchase by responding to enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Systems Administration: Accurately use internal systems, digital platforms, and retail tools to support sales transactions and maintain customer information.
Customer Insights: Share feedback gathered from customer interactions to help improve the overall customer journey, retail performance, and service standards.
Promotional Activities: Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities to maximise sales opportunities.
Performance Delivery: Work towards achieving individual and team sales and service targets while following company procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Education: A Bachelor's degree, recognised apprenticeship, or equivalent practical qualification will be considered.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and build confidence with customers.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and capable of developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with digital sales systems, retail technology, databases, and other business applications.
Organisation: Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures accurately.
Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve personal and team objectives while maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service.
Problem-Solving: Able to understand customer concerns, identify suitable solutions, and handle enquiries effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
