Store Manager

Rubicon Retail Limited, franchisees of the ONIVERSE group brands, is looking for a Store Manager for a CALZEDONIA store.

You will be required to:

• Support the district manager and teams in all aspects of our stores day-to-day operations;
• Lead, support and motivate team to hit targets;
• Maintain our exceptional standards of customer service and layout standards;
• Train and develop your team, with succession planning in mind;
• Help, and guide and implement training and development to grow your staff;
• Ensure standards of the brand, such as cleanliness and organisation, both on the shop floor and in the stockroom are adhered to;
• Manage your store’s KPI performance, inspiring your team to achieve their targets;
• Take accountability for the profit and loss of your store, ensuring costs are controlled and stock is managed accordingly.
