Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the receipt and processing of client requests, quotations, and orders.
• Communicate with local and foreign suppliers to obtain quotations and product information.  
• Visit outlets and clients to promote and sell products when required. 
• Manage and maintain relationships with key account clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Effectively execute and monitor the sales process to achieve company targets. 
• Prepare product costings in line with internal company procedures. 
• Prepare comparative studies on imported goods to support procurement and pricing decisions.
• Plan, manage, and monitor sales and marketing budgets effectively.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities. 
• Develop artwork design and marketing material, ensuring brand consistency. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. 
• Support general office duties and administrative tasks as required.

Required skills and competences:

• Strong computing knowledge and a good command of Office 365 applications. 
• Proficiency in digital tools, reporting systems, and general IT applications. 
• Good experience in artwork design and marketing material preparation. 
• Qualification in marketing is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales and marketing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to manage key accounts effectively and professionally.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to prepare comparative market and import studies.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and control sales and marketing budgets.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
