Commercial Associate

Our client, an insurance company, is seeking a Commercial Associate who is a driven and self-motivated professional with a strong aptitude for sales to join their Commercial Insurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with some of Malta’s leading businesses. 

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients;
• Gathering information and assessing their insurance needs and presenting solutions to help customers make purchasing decisions according to their needs.
• Ensure customers understand the terms of cover and prepare the insurance documentation.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated with a natural flair for sales
• IT proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• An advanced level of education
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with customers
• Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset
