We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to driving sales and expanding market share.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of Maltese and English language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A clean driving license
