Our client is looking to onboard a Business Commercial Strategy Executive to support the development and execution of commercial strategies, product campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and strategic analysis to enhance the company's commercial performance across all lines of business and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of commercial strategy initiatives and action plans
  • Develop high-quality commercial one-pagers, sales collateral, product communication materials, and other sales enablement tools for distribution channels
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of campaign materials, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
  • Prepare reports, conduct market and business analysis, and develop strategic presentations to support commercial decision-making
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve commercial performance, strengthen distribution channels, and enhance sales enablement capabilities
  • Provide day-to-day commercial support to business units and contribute to strategic projects as required
  • Timely delivery and quality of commercial materials and sales enablement tools
  • Effective support for the execution of commercial campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Accuracy, quality, and relevance of market analysis, reports, and strategic presentations
  • Responsiveness to internal stakeholder requirements and business priorities
  • Contribution to initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and channel performance

Requirements

  • A Degree in Business/Marketing/Insurance or any related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within business development/analysis, sales support or commercial strategy 
  • Excellent level of English, both written & verbal - other languages would be considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Insurance experience would be considered an asset
