Conference and Events Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Conference & Events Sales Manager to join our client's leadership team and play a very important role in identifying leads and driving growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic sales plans.
• Take ownership of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including generating your own sales against defined goals.
• Manage the marketing plan to ensure a steady and reliable flow of leads.
• Oversee and continuously improve sales and marketing processes.
• Build a structured sales function and, over time, develop and grow your own team.
• Contribute as part of the leadership team and take an active role in key business decisions.

Requirements:

• Solid previous local experience in Sales at Management level
• Selling small/medium projects in a technical field
• Experience leading a small team will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and marketing data.
• A can-do attitude and target-driven

Salary range includes gross basic which is dependent on experience + attractive commission
