A client of ours, operating a number of diverse interconnected Companies with their own specialized domains, is searching for a Business Development Specialist to join their team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the Company's reach. 


  • Strategically identify, develop, and close B2C sales opportunities through phone, email, and messaging.
  • Create tailored solutions that align with client needs, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation within their offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience in B2C sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in

educa7on or professional development sectors.

• Fluent in Maltese and English, with proficiency in addi7onal languages considered a plus.

• Excep7onal interpersonal, nego7a7on, and persuasive communica7on skills.

• A resilient, results-oriented individual with a passion for excellence and a commitment

to con7nuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Resilient, attentive-to-detail and able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Candidates must have a flair for sales/business development, demonstrating hunger and eagerness to learn, deliver and advance
Education & Experience
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a must
  • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience in B2C sales
  • O Level of Education as a minimum
  • Full sponsorship for further, continuous learning up to PhD level
  • Commission structure
