Our Client is a fast-growing international company, providing the best waterproof bags and cases for smartphones and tablets for any adventure. To meet the anticipated growth and to continue to improve our business worldwide, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen its operations


  • To identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, key stakeholders, and overseas suppliers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for business development activities.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Issue quotes, make necessary follow-ups and conclude sales negotiations with potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand the organisation's customer base.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up to date with market trends and developments.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to the management board.
  • B2B and to acquire and maintain partnerships with major international distributors & retailers.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development experience.
  • You will already have an extensive international network of wholesalers/distributors and resellers such as (hotels & resorts, waterparks, duty-free stores, (such as travel & leisure, hotels, resorts, duty-free stores, mobile & electronics, sports etc.)
  • Experience in B2B is essential, with a preference in international distribution
  • Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on approach to work and good business acumen.
  • Persuasive, versatile and willing to monitor economic fluctuations consistent
  • Highly organized and strong intrapreneurial spirit.
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis tools.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.- Professional fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish &/ or French will be considered an asset.
Education & Experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
