The Airline Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for driving passenger revenue growth for represented airlines through effective sales execution, market development, and brand promotion. The role focuses on strengthening travel trade relationships, expanding distribution channels, and positioning airline passenger products competitively within the market. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve passenger sales and revenue targets in line with airline and GSA objectives. 
  • Manage and develop relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, consolidators, and corporate accounts. 
  • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and market visits to promote airline routes, fares, schedules, and services. 
  • Support fare initiatives, tactical promotions, and seasonal campaigns. 
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities, including incentives, roadshows, and agent engagement programs. 
  • Identify new passenger business opportunities across leisure, VFR, and corporate segments. 
  • Support route launches, frequency increases, and new product introductions. 
  • Monitor sales performance, booking trends, and market conditions, and recommend corrective actions. 
  • Represent airline principals at trade and industry events. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with airline and GSA policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. 

Skills & Competencies

  • Must be willing to travel for work.
  • Strong knowledge of passenger airline sales and distribution channels. 
  • Experience with GDS and airline reservation systems. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong relationship management and account development capabilities. 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
