Your role at Tech4sGroup:

• Assisting the management in strategy formulation and implementation
• Managing New and Known challenges at Senior-level efficiency
• Leading by Example on work ethic, positive team dynamics, policies, processes, and procedures
• Drafting and reviewing Procedures and Process optimisation
• Performing daily operational tasks related to eCommerce management, fraud, and risk mitigation
• Assisting in team Performance Management including coaching/training.

Requirements:

Solid demonstrated working knowledge of at least 3 of the 5 below points

• Team Performance management at both hard and soft skill levels.
• Project and task management
• Platforms/systems technical optimisation
• Online payments and/or Risk management systems
• Business Analysis and process optimisation.
