Regulatory Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Replying to any regulatory queries received from the regulators
• Monitoring financial and regulatory indicators in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Overseeing the compilation, analysis and submission of the organization's regulatory returns and ensure these are submitted in line with their respective deadlines
• Keeping abreast with new regulatory requirements and analyze their impact on the organization
• Preparing and reviewing departmental reports as required by senior management
• Overseeing the work carried out by the rest of the team
• Any other duty which may be required from time to time

• Minimum five years working experience in a similar role within Financial Services
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Hold excellent intrapersonal skills

• Hold a Degree in a related field
