Quality Manager (FMCG)

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Quality Manager. Your responsibilities will include:   

• Taking ownership of all areas of all quality assurance programs including the quality control department, staff training, developing quality metrics, internal and external audits and supply chain compliance 
• Working closely with the Managing Director and the Factory Operations Manager lead product development programs 
• Addressing technical issues such as safety, identification of nutritional values, and other regulatory compliance 
• Working closely with the Managing Director and marketing team identifying trends, opportunities and assisting in market studies 
• Liaising with the Finance Team and assisting the MD, help identify areas of concern and identify solutions

• Ability to work under pressure
• Candidates must have strong business accumen
• ISO Standards Experience

• Possessing a science degree, with particular preference to food technology
