Food Quality Manager (FMCG)

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Food Quality Manager (FMCG). Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of all areas of all quality assurance programs including the quality control department, staff training, developing quality metrics, internal and external audits and supply chain compliance
- Working closely with the Managing Director and the Factory Operations Manager lead product development programs
- Addressing technical issues such as safety, identification of nutritional values, and other regulatory compliance
- Working closely with the Managing Director and marketing team identifying trends, opportunities and assisting in market studies
- Liaising with the Finance Team and assisting the MD, help identify areas of concern and identify solutions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Candidates must have strong business accumen
- ISO Standards Experience
- Food technology degree or related
