Quality Control Analyst (Microbiology)

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst with a background in microbiology to join our client's team. Reporting to the Microbiology Manager, your duties will include; 

• Performing microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications
• Conducting environmental monitoring and water testing to maintain a clean and safe production environment
• Analyzing and interpret data from testing to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
• Collaborating with production team to investigate and resolve any quality issues or deviations
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing and analysis results
• Participating in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements

• Previous experience in a microbiology laboratory will be considered an asset
• Excellent attention to detail, well-organized, and proficient in time management
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Degree or diploma in a scientific field
